ShadowX Bing URL Inspection triage

Interpret Bing URL Inspection results for new or changed ShadowX pages in a repeatable order. This guide treats ShadowX and ShadowX Market search terms as research labels, not as proof that a destination is official or safe.

Confirm the inspected URL

Use the final HTTPS canonical, not a tracking parameter or redirecting alias. Save the inspection time because new properties can show delayed data.

A result for one URL should not be generalized to the whole site.

Read discovery and crawl separately

Discovered but not crawled means Bing knows the address but has not fetched it yet. A live test can still show whether the page is currently accessible and indexable.

Allow normal processing time when technical signals are healthy.

Resolve blocking signals first

Investigate robots blocks, noindex directives, non-200 responses and conflicting canonicals before another submission. Repeated requests cannot repair those conditions.

Use Site Scan for patterns when account quota is available.

Document the follow-up

Record the initial result, any correction and the next inspection outcome. This creates evidence for whether a change solved the issue.

Keep performance metrics separate from technical indexability.

Frequently asked questions

Bing knows the URL but has not fetched it yet.

Should a healthy new URL be submitted repeatedly?
